SMALL DISTILLERY TOURS FOR A BIG SENSORY EXPERIENCE
You’ll go on a journey through our distillery with one of our expert guides and have the opportunity to ask them questions along the way. Tours last approximately 75 minutes including the tasting.
There are four tasting options to enjoy at the end of your tour.

Seniors and Students can avail of our discounted concession prices.
Children are welcome on the tour when accompanied by and adult. Under 18’s are €12 and Under 8’s are free of charge.
Book online to ensure you get tickets for your preferred tour time, and on arrival at the distillery check in at the distillery shop. The team will be happy to answer any questions and you’ll also find a Tourist Information point here.

Read about the history of The Brewery Town, our founders, and the family farm that provides ingredients for the distillery. In the cinema you’ll fly out to the Galley Head Lighthouse to see the magical coastline where our story begins.
Distillery
Starting with the raw ingredients we use to make Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey, you’ll be guided through each step of the process to produce our spirit, Milling, Mashing, Fermenting, and Distilling. See our white spirits still where our Minke Gin & Minke Vodka is produced and discover why it’s a grass to glass process.
Cask Room
It takes years to mature whiskey, we’ll speed up the process for you in our Cask Room, and discover why wood is a big part of whiskey production.
Speakeasy Bar
Time to try the finished products in our relaxing Speakeasy.
With a choice of tasting options to choose from, everyone can enjoy the spirits of their choice.
Shop
Your visit finishes back in the shop where you can pick up a bottle or some of our branded merchandise and accessories. We have some shop exclusive whiskey’s and you can even fill your own bottle.
