CREATE YOUR OWN GIN IN THIS 2 HOUR GIN EXPERIENCE
In the Minke Gin School you will learn about different types of gin, the origins of gin, and the craft of distilling. Advance booking is essential for the Gin School. When you arrive at the distillery check in at the shop and the team will show you to our Speakeasy Bar.
€59 per person and includes a welcome G&T, the two hour experience, and your 500ml bottle of gin to take away. Limited to a maximum of 12 guests the Minke Gin School is an immersive hands on gin experience.

Gin Room
The Gin Room is full of aroma and it’s here we’ll guide you through crafting your own personal recipe. With a wide selection of botanicals to choose from you can be as creative as you like or stick to one of our suggested recipes.
Distillery
After hand selecting your botanicals, we’ll head to the distillery to begin distilling your very own bespoke bottle of Gin. Enjoy using one of our mini copper pot stills in the wonderful setting of the distillery balcony, with amazing views of Clonakilty and our big copper pot stills.
While your gin is distilling, we’ll talk though the special process of how we make our own award-winning Minke Gin, before you bottle your own unique gin to take home.
In the Gin School we use the same local Whey Alcohol that we use for our Minke Gin and Vodka.
